There are so many things to be proud of. Here, writer, playwright and theatre maker Sharon Kanolik lists a handful of her accomplishments, each shedding a little light on the key moments of her life. Sharon Kanolik studied creative writing at the University of East Anglia and playwrighting at the Royal Court as part of their Young Writer’s Programme. Her plays include Late in the Day which was directed by Tom Hughes and performed at the Hen & Chickens Theatre in 2012 and Empires, which was directed by Roy Weise and performed at the Radar Festival at Bush Theatre in 2014. Sharon also writes performance poetry, spoken word and occasional song lyrics. When not writing, Sharon works in theatre and participation.
