Charly Lester is the Founder of The Dating Awards, and co-founder of 'A League of Her Own'.  The success of Charly's dating blog '30 Dates' led to a job editing the Guardian's dating content, and the role of 'Global Head of Dating' at Time Out magazine.  Despite still being single, Charly is recognised as one of the leading dating experts in the world.  In her spare time, she is training for an Ironman triathlon, and recently played roller derby for Romania in the World Cup.
